Jerry Barton Brooks, 92, passed away July 3, 2020 in Decatur, TX. He was born November 9, 1927 to parents Joe Brooks and Mary brooks in Sherman, TX.
Jerry was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Ruby Jewel Brooks, daughter, Rosemarie Voorheese: parents Joe Brooks and Mary Fox Brooks, sisters, Pearl Struthers, Lois Gee, Mary (Tootsie) Dugger.
Jerry is survived by his granddaughters, Alisa Harner and husband Greg, Sherri Davis and husband Tom, six great grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Kade, Hailey, Michael and Hanna and three great great grandchildren, Grace, Enzo and Amelia and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Friday, July 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
