DOYLE, JERRY DON Born July 9, 1945, Waco, Texas passed away May 6, 2012 after a 6 month courageous battle wirh cancer. Preceded in death by father, William Doyle, Jr.; mother, Mary Ethel Doyle; and brother, Arthur W. Doyle. Educated in Waco and degree from UCLA, spent most of his career in the telecommunication, aerospace, aircraft, and sheet metal/machining industries. Survived by loving wife & best friend, Francie. Also survived by children, Summer Marshall-Robinson, TX, Jerry Doyle, Jr. (Bobbie)-Axtell, TX, Amber Doyle (Jon)-Oakland, CA, Holly Witherwax (Sean)- Navasota, TX, Nicol Bailey (Bill)- Robinson, TX; stepsons, Lance Keating (Steffanye)-Garland, TX, Blake Keating (Srephanie)-Abilene, TX; stepdaughter, Wendy Belzel-Austin, TX; twenty grandchildren (plus one in the oven) and 4 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Becky Springston-Robinson, TX and Linda Vranich-Robinson, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins. Special thanks to all friends & family @ Lone Star Roadhouse, sisterwives, Mother Teresa, and “his” Sis America. Jerry enjoyed life to its fullest and especially following his Baylor Bears, Dallas Cowboys, & Texas Rangers. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, May 8th at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 10:00am, Wednesday, May 9th at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to your charity of choice.
