DURRETT, JERRY LEE Former resident of Wills Point, TX, passed away May 13, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Mr. Durrett was an accountant and owned Durrett Tax and Bookkeeping of Mesquite and Quinlan Laundry Mat in Quinlan, TX. He is preceded in death by his sons, Thomas Wayne (Rusty) Durrett and Edward Morgan Durrett; mother and father, Carl and Kate Durrett and sister, Glyn Tankersley. Mr. Durrett is survived by his wife, Eva Durrett; daughter, Sandra Messer of Plano; son, Bryan Keith Durrett of Forney; daughter-in-law, Sally Durrett Tyron of Wills Point; granddaughters, Mandy Rogers of Oil City, LA, Katie Nunnally of Plano, Alexander Morgan Durrett of Wills Point, Conner Edward Durrett and Benjamin Jacob Durrett of Forney, Alyssa Tryon of Wills Point; 3 great granddaughters, Alicia Nicole Rogers, Karlee Madison Rogers and MyKensie Rogers of Oil City, LA; sisters, Betty Sayers of Annauhac, TX, Janice Lowe of Houston; sister-in-law, Margaret Dzierzanowski of Sugar Land, TX and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, May 16, 2008 in Restland Memorial Park.
