Jerry Wayne Ingram's Obituary
Jerry Wayne Ingram, age 85, was born to parents, Pirley Ingram and Florine Mills Scott on February 15, 1933 in Melissa, Texas. He passed away on the evening of Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Kaufman, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Sheila Gonzalez. Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from February 15, 1953 to February 23, 1954. Jerry was later a letter carrier for Mesquite Post Office for 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Donna Ingram of Kaufman, Texas; sons, Stephen Ingram of Scurry, Texas and Robert Ingram, of Kemp, Texas; daughters, Darla Jones of Mesquite, Texas and Dana Cano of Kaufman, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Joy Reynolds of Kemp, Texas and Glenda Godwin of Ruidoso, New Mexico; brother, David Ingram; and ex-wife, Barbara Ingram. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him.A visitation for Mr. Ingram will be on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
