Jerry Butler Mooney was born Dec. 7, 1941 in McKinney, TX to John B. and Gertrude Dixon Mooney. He died Mar. 20, 2011 in Sherman, TX. On Dec. 27, 1965, he married the former Ann Miers. He is survived by his wife, 2 sons, Patrick Hudson Mooney and partner Scott Hakberbosch and John Lane Mooney; brother and sister-in-law, Dixon and Kathy Mooney and granddaughter Mei Mooney. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery, Dallas, TX with the Rev. Michael Efferd officiating.
