Jerry Thad Wallace's Obituary
WALLACE, JERRY THAD “PAPABEAR” – 72, of Fort Worth, TX passed away while in hospice care on July 31, 2012. He was born on October 3, 1939 in Longview TX. Jerry served 22 years in the US Air Force as a Master Sargent, after retiring he went on to work for such companies as Lockheed, Comp USA and enjoyed working at Hangman’s Haunted House. He loved bowling and was actively involved with the Fort Worth Bowling Association. He is survived by his daughters, Marilyn Krista Wallace of Maine and Lianne Thurlow of New Hampshire, grandson Chase Thurlow, brother Terry Wallace and family of Flower Mound TX and sister Shirley Riney and family of Boyd TX. Jerry is predeceased by his parents Opal and Roland Wallace and brother Dorland Wallace. Funeral Services will be held at Restland Memorial Park Chapel at 3:30pm on Saturday August 4, 2012. The viewing hours will be 6:00 -8:00pm on Friday August 3, 2012. The family would like to thank the Bowling Association for providing the food for the family reception.
