Jerry Dan White's Obituary
Jerry Dan White, age 66, was born to parents Howard D. White and Velma Ruth in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on October 23, 1952. He passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 27, 2019 in Plano, Texas.Jerry was in the Insurance Industry for many years. He had this in common with his father Howard and older brother Daryl. He loved to play golf, which he had in common with his younger brother David. They enjoyed playing every year in the Four States Golf Tournament in Texarkana, Arkansas. In addition, one of his favorite hobbies was his old cars. He bought them, fixed them up to sell and really loved his Thunderbirds.As a family, Jerry and his family enjoyed traveling. A long or short road trip was enjoyed by all. Special trips to Corpus Christi, TX and Destin, FL. were favorites of his son Phillip.Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Velma White and brother; Daryl White. He is survived by his Wife, Anita White; Son, Phillip White; Brother David (Traci) White and their son Gregory; Sister-in-Law Sherri White and children son; Jeffery (Kim) White and daughter; Melanie (Bill) Theissen. He will be deeply missed by his loving family, his devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who came to know and love him.Funeral service for Jerry Dan White will take place on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 2:30 PM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. A visitation will take place one hour prior from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM in the Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The Alzheimer’s Association.Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery.
