CARLOCK, JESSE W. was born January 8, 1932 in Seymour, TX and passed away September 13, 2013 in Rowlett, TX. He served in the Naval Air during the Korean War. Jesse, the first state certified Garland Peace Officer, was with the Garland Police Department for 31 years, retiring as Lieutenant in 1992. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mabel, Garland; son, Michael (Charlotte), Farmersville; daughter, Kathy Hair, Eustace; 3 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Visitation 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, September 14, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Service 2:30 PM, Monday, September 15, 2013 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
