Jessie Smith Forgy, 85, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on Thursday, May 17, 1934, to her loving and thoughtful parents Hugh Smith and Florene McCord in Jacksboro, Texas. Jessie will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
