Jessie Berniece Rand, 80, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on November 10, 1939, to her parents, Harry and Annie Robertson in Clarksville, TX. Berniece was a graduate of Clarksville High School, in Clarksville, TX, and had a long career in the insurance industry with Continental Insurance and
U.S. Risk Insurance, both located in Dallas, TX. Berniece married Warren Rand on February 3, 1963, in Dallas, TX, and had 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Berniece was a faithful church member at Lake Highlands Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. Berniece was preceded in death by her husband, Warren, and is survived by her daughter, Kathy and her husband, Greg Pena of Plano, TX; son, Russell and his wife, Connie Rand of Edgewood, NM; son, Stephen and his wife Jennifer Rand of McKinney, TX; and son, Brian and his wife Veronica Rand of Rowlett, TX. Berniece will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
