Jettie Lou Vines, age 87, was born to parents Homer T. Null and Lillie O. Usher on December 10, 1931 in Mineola, Texas. She passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, July 15, 2019 in Richardson, Texas. Jettie loved to cook and have get togethers, and playing cards with her friends and family.She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Vines; parents, Homer and Lillie Null; son, Weldon Leon Vines; daughter in law, Linda Sue Luster; and grandsons, Christian Vines and Justin Luster. Jettie is survived by her sons;, Michael Joe Vines (Janice), Billy Vines (Linda); Michael Seth Luster; Kenneth Luster (Maria); and Tim Vines (Patti).Visitiation for Ms. Jettie Vines will be on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
