YOUNGBLOOD, JEWEL CHLOTEAL AMEND born November 18, 1926 in Antlers, OK and passed away May 16, 2012 in Mesquite, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Stella Amend; brothers, Billy, F.C.; sisters, Hester Childers, Alleen Schwening, Janice Orr and Marilyn Amend. Chloteal is survived by her daughter, Candice Hellige and husband, Dennis; her sons, Stephen Youngblood and wife, Betty, David Youngblood, Dean Youngblood and wife, Aun; brother, Finis Amend and wife, Jane; grandchildren: Kiley, Kristopher, Kerica, Nicholas and Nathan; great grandchildren: Nicholas II, Nathan, Jr. Family will receive friends from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Monday, May 21, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:30PM, Tuesday, May 22 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
