HERRINGTON, JIM born March 29, 1929 in Bassfield, MS and passed away June 19, 2013 in Austin, TX. Jim was retired from the military where he served in the Air Force as a flight engineer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kate Schetlin Herrington and his parents, James Lytt Herrington and Ezzie Courtne Fortenberry Armstrong. Jim is survived by his daughter, Pamela Scandore and husband, Gerry; sons, James Herrington and wife, Joyce and Scott Herrington and wife, Janet; grandchildren: Rebekah Young, Elizabeth Johnson, Rachel Herrington, Hannah Herrington, Bonnie Bright, Aaron Herrington, Andrew Herrington and Leah Herrington. Services are pending at this time.
