Frantz, Jimmie Lee, born in Ada, Oklahoma, December 31,1931, and passed on December 15, 2014. Preceded by parents, Lee and Elvie Flatt Frantz; sister, Betty Jean DuPree. Husband to Barbara Carter Frantz for 60 plus years. Survived by brother, Earnie Frantz and wife Paula Frantz; daughter, Sandra Claire Frantz; grandson, Carter Martin and wife, Mallory Glossier Martin; great grandson, Russell Martin; granddaughter, Claire Martin McClure and husband, Robert McClure; great granddaughter, Margaret McClure and granddaughter, Cassie Martin; daughter, Phyllis Anne Frantz Mackey and husband, Mark Mackey; grandson, Graham Mackey; daughter, Lori Lee Frantz Burgin and husband, Jay Burgin; granddaughters, Alexandra and Olivia Burgin; son, Joel Douglas Frantz and wife, Shannon O’Quinn Frantz; grandson, Jarod Frantz; and many nieces and nephews. Jim attended Crozier Tech High School, class 1951. Served in the U.S. Army. Retired from Employer’s Casualty Insurance Company and Century Inspection Company. Enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching golf and football. Longtime member of Prestoncrest Church of Christ and previously at Skillman Avenue Church of Christ. Family Burial service at Restland Cemetery followed by services at Prestoncrest Church of Christ on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:00pm.
