McMillion, Jimmy W. ~ Born October 14, 1940 in Waxahachie, Texas to W. W. and Margie McMillion. Jim was preceded in death by his father W.W. “Preacher” McMillion, beloved “2nd mother” Francis “Ish” Escott. He is survived by his caring, loving wife of 19 years Linda McMillion his beloved mother Margie McMillion, his deeply loving sons Blake Hawthorne, and Ryan McMillion. Sisters in law Norma Nelson (Carl) and Vanda Caperton. Jim was a big heart wrapped in a quiet package. Known as “stoneface” to his friends from High School, Jim worked in the telecommunications industry for most of his life. Taking him from Texas to Louisiana, to Florida, and back to Texas again. All the while picking up new lifelong friends. He had a passion for golf, fine food and drink, cooking, music, and a biting witty humor. Sadly, Jim was taken from us after a long battle with health problems. You are always loved. Forever missed.
