Although I never had the chance to meet Jo Ann, I know so many good things about her from her husband Victor. It made me feel as though I knew her. My condolences goes out to the family and know that God doesn't make any mistakes. It was just time for his sweet child to come home. May God bless each and everyone of the family members and know that she is with the Lord. Victor, she'll be watching you and waiting on the time that you'll see each other again.
