What a beautiful life and person! We always saw her laughing,smiling and having fun all the time. She made me feel better just being around her. You can tell by looking at her children what an amazing Mother she was. We will all miss her but know every time we see/hear a redbird that she is flying by for a visit. Brenda, Pam and Nancy, I think of your mom with such fondness and am so glad she defied odds any number of times so she could be with you all longer. Most especially, I understand that her wish to have you together for your "White Elephant" Christmas December 18. It''s so special to have that recent memory of your family gathering that was a highlight for your mom. I recall having to consciously remind myself to call her Jo vs. Joy.
