Ms. Jo Capps Pankratz, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 14, 2019, in Lewisville, Texas. She was born on Thursday, May 30, 1940, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Edgar Whitehead and Cleotic Hendon in Henderson, Texas. Ms. Jo Capps Pankratz will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.She married Glen Pankratz on March 28, 1992 in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Jo Capps Pankratz was a Medical Administrator for 15 years and worked in Finance & Accounting for 30 years.She is survived by her loving husband Glen Pankratz of Lewisville, Texas and two daughters Pamela Capps Baker, Celina, Tx & Deborah Pankratz Jorgensen Hickory Creek, Tx, two sons Scott Capps Garland, TX & Michael Pankratz Denton, TX, one sister Alice Buchanan Surprise, AZ , one brother Billy Whitehead Henderson, TX. She also has 12 grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her 1st husband William H. Capps and his son William K. Capps. Ms. Jo Capps Pankratz loved to garden especially roses, loved her dogs, to shop and decorate. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly.Visitation for Ms. Jo Capps Pankratz will be held 1 hour prior to services at Restland Funeral Home.
