One of my favorite memories is of Joan, at age10, with her cat "Stripe". She loved and carefully cared for Stripe. When he expired, Joan adopted another cat named for her Girl Scout leader, "Sweetie Pie Teague". I was just thinking about the fun we all had when Crystal and Susanne earned enough money to take themselves and their mothers to Six Flags for two days and stay at the hotel across the highway. We were very proud of our girls! Joan and JC both adored their grandchildren and we are so glad they were blessed to live close enough to spend plenty of time with them.
