Joan Lafayette Harvey's Obituary
Joan Layfayette Crump was born on June 21, 1933 in Amory, Mississipi to James (Buddy) and Evelyn Crump. She went to be with her Lord on August 17, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 61 years, Harold Harvey, and her sister Bernadette (Snookie) Campbell.
She is survived by her daughters Shauna Harvey, Andrea Hall & husband Larry, Cheri Genske & husband Charles, Julie Ashley & husband Chuck; sons Hal Harvey and James Harvey & wife Susan; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 22. The memorial service will follow at 10:00 AM. Visitation and the service will be at the Lavon Drive Baptist Church in Garland, Texas.
