Joan is survived by her husband, Fred Sullivan; 2 sons, William Kelly and Jack B Kelly; brother, Wyatt Bevill; grandchildren, Benjamin Kelly, Clayton Kelly; Jennet Foster and 6 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 7:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Northlake Baptist Church, 10110 McCree Rd, Dallas, TX 75235 and Rose Neath Funeral Home, Homer, LA on March 5, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
