Joan Lavonne Lancaster, aged 86, passed away peacefully on August 29th, 2024, in Rowlett, Texas. Born on November 10th, 1937, in Yakima, Washington, to Leo Ervin and Nellie Elizabeth Tracy, Joan lived a life full of love, kindness, and dedication to her family and community.
Joan’s journey through life was marked by her unwavering commitment to those she loved. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her warm smile and gentle spirit touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Joan is survived by her loving family, who will forever cherish her memory. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and grace that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
