I remember Joan as a very warm and gracious lady. She was a supportive and caring person. She served on the board of directors at Texas Employees CU for several years with me and I counted on her to always give the best advice on any issue that we encountered.

The best part about knowing Joan was that she was my friend. A friend that was loyal and could be counted on when things got rough. I will miss her as long as I live and will be grateful for having had her in my life.
