Joann Fozzard-Papas passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Wylie, Texas. She celebrated 86 years on this Earth. Joann Fozzard-Papas was born on July 27, 1932 in Sullivan, IL. to parents: Charles Walker and Wanda (Mayberry) Walker. She worked for Western Union for 20+ years and multiple accounting firms. Joann Fozzard Papas will be lovingly remembered by her surviving children: Vicki Maxedon and husband Troy of Wylie, TX and David Fozzard and wife, Courtney of Bloomington, IL; her grandchildren: Amanda, Sara and Becca Maxedon, Preston, Devin and Camryn Fozzard; sister, Mary Walker and many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald E. Fozzard, sister, Patricia Lewis and brother, Joseph Walker.
