Joann is survived by son, Hamilton Howry; sister, Betty Walquist; four grandchildren, Amy Merritt and husband, Brian, Kimberly Neidel and husband, Jeff, Katy Williams and husband, John, Travis Howry and wife, Ashley; eight great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Joann Howry will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Restland Abbey Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
