Jocelyn Bushnell was born June 15, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas and passed away December 23, 2016 in her home in Garland, Texas. Preceded in death by her mother, Betty Chochran, and father, Marion Shirah. Survived by her husband, Mark Bushnell; daughter, Shekinah Bushnell; and sister, Alison McGuffey. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Restland Memorial Park with a memorial service at 1:00 PM, at Baruch Ha Shem.
