Joe Ann Allen, 89, of Dallas, Texas, born September 25, 1926 in Mullens, West Virginia, passed away Thursday March 31, 2016 in Dallas. Joe Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving husband, three daughters, one son, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2200 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas, with The Reverend Pat Brown and Jeff Allen officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
