Joe Franklin Eppler, age 67, passed away on February 15, 2018 in Garland, Texas. He was born on May 17, 1950, to Ruldolph Eppler and Irma Hester Eppler, in Ada Oklahoma. Joe is survived by his loving family and devoted friends, and will be missed by all who knew him.There will be a graveside service held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 beginning at 11:30 AM at DFW National Cemetery.
