Joe Garza Jr.'s Obituary
Joe (Joseph) Garza Jr. October 26th 1943 – August 25th 2016 Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Connie Garza. He is survived by wife Yolanda, daughter Monica Garza Snook, husband Tommy, son Joseph Isaac Garza, son Aaron and wife Melissa Garza. Grandchildren Robert Logan Clary and wife Amber, Colton, Alyssa, Raven, J.R., Gabriel, Jaxon, and Logan and great grandchildren Elaina and Logan. He is also survived by his brother Alex and wife Vicky Garza. Sisters Mary Ellen and husband Alfredo Ruiz, and Frances and husband Ben Rayburn, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Huntsville, Texas his spiritual heritage began in the early 60s when his parents opened their home so congregational meetings could be held there. This continued until a Kingdom Hall was established in Huntsville. In 1968, Joseph married Yolanda, the love of his life for 48 years, they raised their family in Bedias before moving back to Dallas where they continue to reside. He was an virtuous father, a caring brother, a loving husband, and a witty and wise grandfather. He had high spiritual values which he instilled in his children and his legacy will continue through them. Graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, August 29, 2016 at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
