I met Joe Dodd in late 2015. I had only been in the produce industry for 1 year when we started working together on a project with a mutual customer. He was a wonderful mentor to me for 3 years during our time working together. He helped develop my skills and knowledge in many different aspects of the business. He was tough on me when I needed it and was supportive any time I had questions or did not know how to handle a certain situation. It was wonderful getting to know Joe Dodd. I am terribly sorry for your loss and my deepest condolences go out to everyone who is missing Joe Dodd in their life. The produce industry lost a great asset in Joe Dodd Morrison. Rest in peace Joe Dodd.
