Bernard Waxman
Joel has been a friend of mine since grade school when we met in Mrs. Shourd's. fourth grade class. I have fond memories of playing softball with Joel and our AZA group back in middle school and high school. I met and eventually married his sister Anita. For many years, our family and Joel's lived just about a block away from each other. I remember him coming over to our house so that I could help him fix bikes for his two children Robin and Scott. Our families celebrated many holidays together along with his wife Sharon and her family. We all will miss Joel.
