I grew up as a young boy in Forney, Texas, and John Bell Adams was a friend, sometimes known as "J.B." around town. He was a good friend, honorable and trustworthy, well liked and respected in his home town. After World War Two, he went to Texas Military College for a year then transferred to East Texas State in Commerce, TX. I heard he graduated with Honors. Richard Bramblett
