John Edward Cain's Obituary
Mr. John Edward Cain of Wylie, Texas passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023, at the age of 84. John was born in Tyler, Texas on September 7, 1938, to father Hershel Howard Cain Sr. & Nora Leta Smith. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1957-1961 as a fire control specialist. John married the love of his life, Loretta Key on December 14, 1963, in Mesquite, Texas. He is remembered fondly for being a devoted husband and beloved father and grandfather. John is preceded in death by his loving wife Loretta Key and Daughter, Melissa Cain. John is survived by his son; Mark Cain & wife Meko, grandchildren; Randy, Jenna, Hana, Miya and Ty Cain, one sister; Anne Ray and many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
