CHALK, JOHN T. passed from this life on April 26, 2013 at his home in Kemp, Texas. John was born on September 28, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to Rhada and Josie Chalk. He is survived by his son, Todd Chalk and his children, Trent Chalk and Tira Chalk; his daughter, Tiffany Schoenle and husband, Shawn and their children, Sierra Schoenle and Simon Schoenle; and his mother, Josie Clevenger. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
