John McDonald Cook was born on April 01, 1930 in Caddo Mills, Texas and passed away on March 28, 2015 in Arlington, Texas. He is survived by his son, Brian Cook and step-daughters, Susie Bulin and Zoe Johnson; brothers, Claude, Brad and Sammy Cook; five grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. The visitation for John will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The graveside service for John will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Restland Memorial Park.
