He was born on Tuesday, November 12, 1929, to his loving and thoughtful parents, John Francis Cooper, Sr., and Hazel Short in Douds, Iowa. Mr. John Francis Cooper, Jr. will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.Visitation for Mr. John Francis Cooper, Jr., will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Restland Funeral Home.
