John Christopher Diggs Sr.'s Obituary
John Chritopher Diggs, Sr., age 50, passed away on April 10, 2023, in Huntsville, Texas.
John was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and was raised in Dallas, Texas since the age of 2 1/2. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and was active in sports. Of course, he was a Dallas Cowboys fan, but his all-time favorite thing was family time.
He was a dearly loved son, brother, father and Paw Paw and lived his life in a respectful and loving manner. He was supportive to his family and friends and always showed his love for us.
This family gives thanks to God for allowing us to have had the time with him and will always remember him as the person he was.
John leaves to cherish and hold his memories to his family, cousins and dear friends. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Linda Flemings; brother, Cory Flemings; 7 children, Demyrick Perkins, Sr. (Laura), John C. Diggs, Jr. (Tiera), Johneashia DIggs, Johnquaela Diggs, Johna S. Diggs, Johniya C. Diggs and Kristyonna Harris; ten grandchildren, Jestice Miller, Jaela Fountain, Taela Fountain, Tradarian Fountain, Jr., Jadarian Fountain, Demyrick Perkins, Jr., Dru’Parker Diggs, Jailynn Mungro, M. Juel Fornville and De’Carhi Perkins; aunts and uncles, Pearlie Diggs, Willie McGee (James), Lee Ann James, Audrey Clark (Roy), Nan Fobbs, Gina Johnson, Annette Washington and a host of close relatives and friends.
He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
