Liz & Kelly, We are very sorry about the loss of your dad. He and I had lots of fun arguing about nothing!! We will miss him.
Great picture of cousin John. He always had a smile on his face. We are sorry for your loss. He will be missed by many.
Liz, I hope you are doing well. I am sure that John would be proud of Madison as I am sure she was the apple of his eye.I I have fond memories of all the good times that we had together. He was a very special man a John Wayne of sorts as he would describe himself. He is missed.
John was a good and happy person.I remember our days together at Ol'Jesuit. He always had a smile (although devious)on his face. I know he was a great husdand,Dad, Grand Dad and Attorney. He is happy up above. I will pray for him…Mickey Starek
To Liz & Family – Our sincere condolences for your loss. John was not only an accomplished Attorney, but He had an amazing love of life itself, his family, friends and of course, his pets. We are proud to have been considered among his friends. "J.J." will be very missed. Keep your faith and time will ease your sorrow.
John was a giant Sequoia redwood tree in my life's forest. A best friend, a law partner, a mentor, the God-Father to my only child, and a safe harbor no matter wht the storm of life might be. I now imagine him walking the streets of Heaven with a toddy in one hand and a 1/2 smoked Cohiba in the other making the angels laugh. Truly a great man.
John, gone but not forgotten. You'll be missed by all. You and your family are in our prayers. How is it up there? It was to early for you to find out, but obviously GOD needed a great lawyer on his side. Put in a good word for the rest of us. Best to all. Bill Sellmeyer
My condolensences to John's family. I spent 5 years in the slip next to John at Grandpappy Marina. In addition to being a great dock neighbor, John quickly became my 'nautical mentor' by sharing his experiences, boating tips, and safety advice. I mark those years as some of my best, largely due to the friendship that I developed next door. John will be missed. God Bless
To Liz and Family, We were stunned when we heard the news about John. He was truly one of a kind and a treasured friend. He was so generous with his time. We both will never forget the trip he made to Birmingham for our wedding and the many great adventures including countless games of acey ducey at my Dad's house. He will be missed….but never forgotten. Love, Joe and Melody Saueressig Houston, Texas
