John Wyatt Fisher, Jr., MD was born on July 7, 1925 in Dallas, TX and died on August 14, 2009 in Dallas, TX. John was preceded in death by his parents, John Wyatt Fisher, Sr and Catherine Fisher. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Howard J. Cox; nephew, Joseph Cox; niece, Katharine Cunningham; great nephews, John Pierce Cox, Timothy Louis Cox, Charles Cox Cunningham, Austin Joseph Cunningham and Waylon Wyatt Cunningham. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Highland Park United Methodist Church in the Sanctuary. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00PM, Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home.
