John R. Grubbs' Obituary
John Grubbs was proud to be in the Military. Serving in both the Navy and Air Force, he made a career out of serving his country. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and camping — but he loved spending time with his grandbabies more than anything. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Mary Grubbs; brother, William Ralph Grubbs; and sisters, Martha Lou and Mary Susie. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nieva; daughters, Kellie Chambless and husband Chris, and Wendie Meza and husband Miguel; grandchildren, Katie, Rachel, Madison, Anne, Miguel Jr, and Anjelina; and sisters Jessye Martin, Louise Peacock, Brenda Grubbs, and Judy Lowery.
