McDannel, Jon W. born April, 03,1947 in Waco, TX and passed away April, 10, 2012 in Dallas, TX after a 2nd battle with cancer. Courageous in life and in passing. Preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Jane. Survived by his wife of 34 years, Jackie McDannel; children, Jennifer Walker (Wade), and Jeremy McDannel (Tamara); grandchildren, Mark and Mason Walker; granddog, Patton; sisters Jimye Sadler (Paul), Jo Betsy Tyler (Mike); brother-in-law, John Allen Ross; nieces and nephews, Amy, Matt (Kalley and children), Paige, Zack, and Blake; cousin, Paula Hahn. Visitation from 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
