Bill was my Father in Law for 20 years..and remained my friend after that. He was a wonderful person and a great Grandfather to my two children. I have many, many memories of Bill and I will cherish them for always. May he Rest In Peace back in the arms of his wife Betty. I love you Bill, and thank you for being good to me!!

Tom and I remember vividly celebrating with Mr. and Mrs. Rock at the wedding of their grandson Byrne and our daughter, Courtney. Chatting with everyone and smiling, it was obvious they enjoyed the event. We know he devoted his life to his family and his church. We are so sorry for your loss, but we rejoice that he rests with the Lord. Much love, Tom and Deborah Husak
Uncle Bill was an awesome uncle! He was always ready, willing, and able. When I was at my wit's end trying to figure the connections of a TV to the TV Box to the DVD/VCR, he came over and installed it with great precision, helping me mark cables, and was ready with his supplies, even if I had them around the house. No one will ever be able to tell the story like Uncle Bill told from his youth of a maid who accidentally caught her hair on fire from lighting a gas stove and ducked under the covers of his brother Paul. I also recall Bill making me a roulette-type spinning wheel for me to use for my Mary Kay at fair booths. He was such a neat, organized, and detailed person whom I admired from afar. When our family took him to fish fries, his response when asked if he wanted dessert, was "You don't have to ask me twice!" Anything chocolate was often his choice. When I informed him I would like to continue the tradition of the annual Rock Chili Picnic, he was my proudest supporter and encouraged me every step of the way. He was so thankful someone had continued this tradition. Thank you Uncle Bill for your words of encouragement, support, and humor. I am so blessed to have been your niece-in-law for 27 years.
