Rock,John William “Bill” was born July 29, 1926 in Cairo Ill.and passed away January 22, 2016 in Dallas TX. Preceded in death by his son John William Rock “Billy” and wife Betty Lou Rock. Bill is survived by his son Dr. Michael Keith Rock; daughter, Kimberly Ann Overstreet; daughter, Mary Ellen Patterson; son, Brian Anthony Rock; 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, January 26,2016 at Restland Memorial Chapel 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas Tx. The funeral mass will be held at 11 am on Wednesday , January 27 , 2016 at Saint Pius X Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd. Dallas Tx. Dad has entered the Gates of Heaven and will spend eternity with the Lord and Family.
