John "Kinsler" Schroeder's Obituary
John “Kinsler” Schroeder was granted his angel wings on February 13, 2015 . Kinsler’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of life far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him, and though he never spoke a word, his voice and thoughts could always be heard. Although Kinsler was only 2, he possessed strength, perseverance, and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges. With his courage, he led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. He enjoyed music, our dog, Roper, his beloved Monkey, George and reading stories. He loved the color red and listening to the sounds of children and especially laughter which would make him smile. With Kinsler’s passing, we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss him everyday, especially his winning smile and bright blue eyes, he will forever remain in our hearts. Through his teachings about life, we were able to create wonderful memories and it has been a privilege to be his parents. We are so thankful that the boys got to spend time knowing their brother so they can hold dear the memory of Kinsler’s gentle spirit. Kinsler leaves behind his loving parents, John Schroeder and Mary Davis-Schroeder; his older brothers Alex,Keaton,Patrick and Jay Davis and his little brother Kasen Schroeder; paternal grandparents, Robert and Brenda Gormley of Lewisville, TX and his grandfather John Schroeder of Mt. Park, OK; his maternal grandmother, Marilyn Byrne of Tilden, TX and his grandfather, James Douglas Bulin of Dallas, TX. Fly high our sweet angel .
