White, John Allen born September 29, 1929 in McGehee, Arkansas and passed away August 3, 2015 in Garland, Texas. John & Pat were married 65 years. John was a 10 year Navy veteran, retired from Texas Instruments after 27 years and then pursued a successful consulting career for 12 years. He was a loving father, a devoted Bible teacher, an avid fisherman and he spoiled his 9 “grand-dogs”. Preceded in death by parents, John Jefferson White and Clara Lottie Tedder. Survived by beloved and devoted wife Pat White; sons John B. & wife Elaine White and Jeff & wife Holly White; nine grandchildren Jesse White, Amanda White, Ben White & wife Marie, Michaela White, Noah White, John Phinehas White, Caleb White, Kyley White, Kelsey White, two great grandchildren Shea White and Rene White. Service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 2:00PM at First Baptist Church Garland, TX in the Cockrell Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Visiting Nurse Association of Texas, www.vnatexas.org.
