Johnnie was my next door neighbor for years. He kept our 30 year old conditioner running and wouldn't accept payment. Johnnie worked on cars in his garage. When it came to air conditioners and cars repairs, Johnnie was a genius. He and his wife, Nora, were just great neighbors. So glad to have known Johnnie who was a good man.
