Johnny Mack Baker was born September 19, 1943 in Glenrose, Texas and passed away October 16, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Johnny is preceded in death by his mother and father, Clarence & Lela Mae Baker; and his brother Clarence Lee Baker. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Baker; five sons and their spouses, Bob & Amber Baker, John & Angel Baker, Jeff & Michelle Baker, Tom & Macarena Baker, John Peters & Diane Lansing; his brother Don Baker; his two nephews, Clarence Lee Baker, Jr. and Marcus Baker, and 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM at Restland Memorial Chapel located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Challenge Air, a charitable organization helping to change the perception of children with special needs through the gift of flight or the Wounded Warriors Project.
