He truly enjoyed softball, hockey, football, hiking and visiting National Parks.
John is survived by his wife, Pamela Thomas; son, Joshua Thomas; daughter, Catlyn Thomas; stepdaughter, Sassy Powell; brothers, Jack(Martha) Thomas, Terry Thomas and Tony(Terrie) Thomas; sister, Tina(Thomas) Murphy; grandchildren, Harlie Smith and Samantha.
