John and I have been good friends since we were about 15 years old in Port Arthur. We had some good adventures together and remained close through our college years and afterwards. Our last visit together was about 2 years ago when Shirley and John visited us here in McComb. It is hard to lose such a friend but we know John is with the Lord as we will be before too long. To Teri Kottke and her family, I am so sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your father, I enjoyed seeing him sitting in the front row of church on Sundays while he listened to you and Sean sing in the choir. I am sure that meant a lot to him.
