Meador, Johnye. Born December 15th, 1924 and passed away September 13, 2016 in Carrollton, Texas. Preceded in death by Raymond Lee Meador, husband of 56 yrs and Lane Ray Meador, son. Survived by daughter Gail Smith and husband Richard Smith, Colonel Lee Meador, retired, and wife Sammie of Lynchburg, Va. daughter-in-law Beci Meador of Hanover, Pa. 3 grandchildren Scott Smith, Alexandria Meador and Dylan Krieger, brother-in-law Bob Cox. Johnye lived all her life in Dallas, TX where she worked at Home Interiors until her retirement. Family will receive friends starting at 1:00 pm, Friday Sept 16, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, Sept 16, 2016 at grave site in fountain view garden section at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
